Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or without original packaging.

  • Customized or made-to-order chappals.

Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@pegham.store or WhatsApp us with your order details.

  2. Once approved, ship the product back to us.

  3. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
